The app itself moves into Icelandic in four stages, so the interface is part of the immersion rather than a bystander to it:
You move up automatically, on accuracy: the app watches your recent answers and advances you when they say you're ready, then holds the new stage for a while before considering the next.
Too much, too soon? You can step back a stage in Settings whenever you like.
