There is no pronunciation score. When you speak, the audio is transcribed, and the transcription is compared with the target — loosely, on purpose, because it grades production, not spelling:
So a harsh-feeling result usually means the recogniser heard something genuinely different from the target. A quieter room helps, slower helps more — or type the answer instead; typed and spoken answers are graded by the same rules.
